Regarding Shipping:
Most of our product price already includes shipping costs.（If it is not included, we will specifically note it.） Our store’s inventory is 100% sourced from China. We conduct regular weekly purchases and stock replenishments. After a customer places an order, it is estimated that the product will arrive in approximately 10-12 Business days. Due to the lengthy transportation process, we cannot guarantee a perfect outer box. Once the international shipping order has been dispatched, we do not accept refunds except in cases of force majeure (such as loss of goods by the logistics provider).
